Housing Units definition

Housing Units means any form of housing to include but not limited to detached Single Family Residential, Single Family Attached, Multi-Family Residential, and condominiums.

Housing Units. Collectively, the Low Income Units and the Very Low Income Units. “Income Certification” – The Income Computation and Certification Form in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Examples of Housing Units in a sentence

• Multi-family Housing: Entryways*, Lobbies, Common Areas, Hallways, Offices, Storage Rooms, Individual Housing Units.

• The sublet of Housing Units by the Tenant shall comply with the terms and conditions set out in Section 16 of this Lease.

• Market Dwellings, the Affordable Housing Units shall be Transferred to the RPSH in accordance with this Agreement and on terms that accord with the Homes England funding requirements current at the date of the construction of the Affordable Housing Units.

More Definitions of Housing Units

Housing Units means those units contained on the Property that are occupied as permanent residences.
