Covenants to Comply. (a) Parent shall cause its Affiliates and, to the extent applicable, other Persons included in Parent Group to comply with the terms of this Agreement and shall be responsible to any breaches of this Agreement which are caused by any such Person included in Parent Group.
Covenants to Comply. (a) The Tenant covenants that it will throughout the Term, at the Tenant's sole expense, promptly comply with all Applicable Laws from time to time affecting the conditio n, equipment, maintenance, use and occupation of the Leased Premises as well as those affecting the health and safety of the public or those relating to the control of infectious disease outbreaks.
