Common use of COVERAGE OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

COVERAGE OF AGREEMENT. (a) The parties agree that this contract incorporates their full and complete understanding and that any prior written or oral agreements or practices are superseded by the terms of this Agreement. The parties further agree that no such written or oral understandings or practices will be recognized in the future unless committed to writing and signed by the parties as a Supplement to this Agreement. (b) This Agreement shall govern the parties' entire relationship and shall be the sole source of any and all rights or claims which may be asserted in arbitration hereunder or otherwise. (c) The parties for the life of this Agreement hereby waive any rights to request to negotiate, or to negotiate or to bargain with respect to any matters contained in this Agreement except as specifically noted otherwise herein.
