TERRITORY COVERED. 5 .1 This Agreement shall cover all Highway, Heavy and Building Construction work in the fol- lowing counties or parts of counties East of the 120th Meridian: ▇▇▇▇▇, Asotin, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Chelan, Columbia, Douglas, Ferry, Franklin, Garfield, Grant, Kittitas, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Spokane, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Walla Walla, Whitman, and Yakima, in the State of Washington; and Benewah, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Boundary, Clear- water, Kootenai, Latah, ▇▇▇▇▇, Nez Perce, Shoshone, and north of the 46th parallel of Idaho County in the State of Idaho .
TERRITORY COVERED. The area covered by this Agreement shall be all of the City and County of San Francisco and the Counties of Marin, Sonoma, Mendocino and Lake, State of California, and such other areas as may in the future be assigned to U.A. Local 38 as part of its jurisdiction.
TERRITORY COVERED. The territory covered by this Agreement shall be the territorial jurisdiction of Local Union #112 which extends halfway to the nearest outside local union of the International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental, and Reinforcing Ironworkers. TERRITORY COVERED. 5.1 This Agreement shall cover all Highway, Heavy and Building Construction work in all the area lying within the boundaries within the state of Idaho, south of Parallel 46 which is the exten- sion of the Oregon-Washington state line east- ▇▇▇▇ from the Idaho-Oregon state line on the west to the Idaho-Montana line on the east.
TERRITORY COVERED. The area covered by this Agreement shall be all of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties in the State of California for industrial fitting work and Alameda County for plumbing, industrial pipe fitting and industrial work pertaining to work under the jurisdiction of UA Local 342, and such territory allotted to the union by the United Association from time to time.
TERRITORY COVERED. The area covered by this Agreement shall be all of Napa and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Counties in the State of California pertaining to work under the jurisdiction of UA Local 343, and such territory allotted to it by the United Association from time to time.

TERRITORY COVERED. 4.1. The Territory covered by this Agreement is illustrated on the map in Appendix A-1 (the “Territory covered”). This territory is divided into different parts to identify the scenarios and terms of application for the consultation processes outlined in Section 5. These terms of application are outlined in Appendix A-2. 4.2. Should there be any discrepancy between the map in Appendix A-1 and the descriptions in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇-▇, the map in Appendix A-1 shall prevail. 4.3. The Territory covered may be amended, in particular, to reflect the evolution of the status of the Abitibiwinni First Nation’s claims, as per the amendment mechanism set out in Section 8.5. 4.4. The Parties agree that the Territory covered that they have identified is to be used solely for the purposes of this Agreement, and that it is subject to the land claims of the Abitibiwinni First Nation and to Québec’s position in this regard. The Parties shall collaborate to prevent any other use of the Territory covered, and may not, except in the event of a dispute regarding the implementation of this Agreement, use it as evidence in court.

Where the phrase “not including” is used above, it refers to other than through freight operations, but does not restrict through freight crews from operating into/out of such terminals/points or from performing work at such terminals/points pursuant to the designated collective bargaining agreement provisions.
