Coverage Part B. Permanent Total Disability 2.2.1) In the event of Accidental Bodily Injury causing the Insured’s Permanent Total Disability within 12 months of the Accidental Bodily Injury being sustained, the Company will pay 125% of the Sum Insured, where after this Policy shall expire. 2.2.2) If the Insured was suffering from any permanent disability prior to the date upon which Accidental Bodily Injury was sustained, then the Company’s liability to make payment hereunder shall be reduced by the extent of the same, as advised by the Company’s medical advisors.

  • Dependent Coverage For dependent dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of fifty (50) percent of the dependent premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual dependent premium of the dental plan chosen by the employee.

  • Benefit Coverage The Company agrees to provide pension and welfare benefits as described in the Company Booklets, benefit plan documents or policies of insurance for the duration of the Agreement.

  • Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage The Employer agrees to provide and pay for the following term life coverage and accidental death and dismemberment coverage for all employees eligible for an Employer Contribution, as described in Section 3. Any premium paid by the State in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) coverage is subject to a tax liability in accord with Internal Revenue Service regulations. An employee may decline coverage in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) by filing a waiver in accord with Minnesota Management & Budget procedures.
