Dependent Coverage definition

Dependent Coverage means eligibility for coverage under the terms of the Plan for benefits payable as a consequence of Eligible Incurred Expenses for an Illness or Injury of a Dependent.
Dependent Coverage. The City agrees to extend all medical, dental and orthodontia benefit coverages to dependents of City employees up to the date of their 26th birthday.

Dependent Coverage. The School District shall contribute the sum of up to $12,480 for the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 school years toward the premium of dependent coverage for each full-time teacher employed by the School District who qualifies for and is enrolled in the District's certified employee group health and hospitalization plan. Any additional cost of the premium shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction.

Dependent Coverage means coverage for the employee with one or more dependent children with no spouse. This subdivision shall not apply to those eligible employees who select coverage under the high deductible health plan described in Subdivision 4.
