Dependent Coverage definition

Dependent Coverage means eligibility for coverage under the terms of the Plan for benefits payable as a consequence of Eligible Incurred Expenses for an Illness or Injury of a Dependent.
Dependent Coverage. The City agrees to extend all medical, dental and orthodontia benefit coverages to dependents of City employees up to the date of their 26th birthday.

Dependent Coverage. The District will contribute up to $1,200.00 per month toward the cost of the premium for the medical-hospitalization plan for combined single and dependent coverage for each eligible teacher employed by the District for the duration of this Master Agreement. The cost of the premium not contributed by the District shall be borne by the teacher and paid by payroll deduction.

This subdivision shall not apply to those eligible employees who select coverage under the high deductible health plan described in Subdivision 4.
