Common use of Coverage Support Clause in Contracts

Coverage Support. When one employee of a job sharing unit is absent (e.g. sick leave, vacation, etc.) the other employee of that unit shall make every reasonable effort to cover for such absence by working full-time, rather than employ a temporary replacement when full-time coverage is required by the Employer.
