Coverage Support. When one employee of a job sharing unit is absent (e.g. sick leave, vacation, etc.) the other employee of that unit shall make every reasonable effort to cover for such absence by working full‐time, rather than employ a temporary replacement when full‐time coverage is required by the Employer.
