Common use of Covering and Uncovering of Work Clause in Contracts

Covering and Uncovering of Work. The Contractor must notify the Owner two (2) days prior to covering any Work. If a portion of the Work is covered prior to an Owner inspection, it must, if requested in writing by the Owner, be uncovered for Owner observation and replaced at the Contractor's expense without change in the Service Work Order Time.
