Common use of COVID-19 Notification Clause in Contracts

COVID-19 Notification. Contractor shall immediately notify City in the event that any person who has performed services for Contractor (including, but not limited to, employees, volunteers and contractors) at a site operated by City, on behalf of City, or under this Agreement, (1) has been diagnosed with COVID-19, (2) has been informed by a medical professional that the person is likely to have COVID-19, or (3) meets the criteria for isolation under the County of Los Angeles Public Health Officer Order for the Control of COVID-19: Public Health Emergency Isolation Order (April 1, 2020).
