Access to City Facilities. (11/20) Contractor agrees that Contractor’s physical or remote access to the City facilities shall be subject to the security interests and health controls necessary to protect public property, City employees and the public. The City shall not be liable for any delays necessary in granting Contractor access to any portion of the facilities or systems.

Access to City Facilities. Access to City work locations and the use of City-paid time, facilities, equipment, and other resources by the Union and by Union representatives shall be only as specifically authorized in this Agreement and shall not interfere with the efficiency, safety or security of the City's operations. The use of City equipment, machinery and properly to aid in any manner the activities of the Union is prohibited unless specifically authorized by this Agreement and approved in advance by the Fire Chief
Access to City Facilities. The City will provide the Contractor access to City facilities and personnel during normal business hours, which shall mean the hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Pacific Time, excluding City Holidays. In instances where the Contractor requires access to City facilities and personnel during off-hours, the Contractor will provide the City with forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to each requested access. Each such request will be subject to approval by the City.
Access to City Facilities. While the Contractor retains the right to perform services at any time, the Contractor must obtain prior permission by the City for access to City facilities after the City’s regular business hours.

Access to City Facilities. The City of Sherwood may grant volunteers access to certain City facilities. Access may be restricted or revoked at the discretion of City Management. City property shall not be tampered with or removed from any City facility without express permission from City Management. This Policy has been put into place to ensure proper security to all City facilities. Failure to abide by these policies may result in a termination of privileges. As appropriate, volunteers shall have access to City of Sherwood property and materials necessary to fulfill their duties and shall receive training in the operation of any equipment necessary to fulfill their duties. While we understand the excitement of sharing volunteer responsibilities with friends and family, only volunteers and staff are allowed in secure areas.
Access to City Facilities. Upon reasonable notice to the City Manager or his/her designee, the City will grant designated Union officers and/or Field Directors access to the City facilities during working hours, within limitations set out below, to discuss grievances or problems arising out of this Agreement with bargaining unit employees or management. Such visits shall not interfere with any employee' s work or work assignments. Permission to meet with employees shall not be unreasonably denied. When the City of Auburn permits a Union Representative to meet with a designated Union Officer or Field Director during work hours, the Union Representative will be on the clock. Access to City Facilities. With the approval of the site administrator, the Union's representative may meet with members on City facilities during the non-working hours of the employees involved. The non-working hours restriction does not apply to the handling of grievances. A reasonable effort will be made to accommodate the Union representative.

  • Access to Facilities Each of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries will permit any representatives designated by the Purchaser (or any successor of the Purchaser), upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, at such person's expense and accompanied by a representative of the Company, to: (a) visit and inspect any of the properties of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries; (b) examine the corporate and financial records of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (unless such examination is not permitted by federal, state or local law or by contract) and make copies thereof or extracts therefrom; and (c) discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with the directors, officers and independent accountants of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries will provide any material, non-public information to the Purchaser unless the Purchaser signs a confidentiality agreement and otherwise complies with Regulation FD, under the federal securities laws.
