COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Leave. Employees who are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine booster may request two (2) hours of COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Leave for the purpose of obtaining an initial COVID-19 booster. Fully vaccinated employees who are at least two months removed from receipt of a Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx vaccine or at least six months removed from receipt of the second Moderna or Pfizer vaccine are eligible for COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Leave.
