CRATE STORAGE Sample Clauses
The CRATE STORAGE clause defines the terms under which crates or similar containers are stored by one party for another. Typically, it outlines responsibilities regarding the safekeeping, handling, and duration of storage, as well as any associated fees or conditions for access and retrieval. For example, it may specify the storage facility's obligations to maintain security and environmental conditions, or detail procedures for notifying the owner before moving or disposing of crates. This clause ensures both parties understand their rights and obligations, thereby minimizing disputes over storage conditions, liability, and costs.
