Use and Disclosure of Information. Information about you will be used primarily for administering your Credit Card Account and offering or providing banking and other financial services to you. Information may be disclosed to another BNZ Company or a third party in connection with any of these purposes provided the recipient of the information is subject to an obligation of confidentiality in relation to that information. Information may also be used to further the relationship between you and any BNZ Company, the Parties or a third party, and for marketing purposes. This includes, without limitation, communicating with you via email, text message, an on-line facility (without an unsubscribe facility), telephone or post about any products, services or promotions offered or distributed by any BNZ Company, the Parties or a third party.
Use and Disclosure of Information. The Contractor shall use any private and confidential information provided under this Contract solely for the purpose for which the information was disclosed. The Contractor shall not misuse any private and confidential information under this Contract. The Contractor shall not disclose any private and confidential information unless the disclosure is authorized by law. The misuse or unauthorized release of private and confidential information shall subject Contractor, its employees or agents to a civil penalty of Five Thousand dollars ($5,000) and other applicable sanctions under state and federal law.
Use and Disclosure of Information. 11.2.1 The University handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Xxx 0000 (Cth) and the ANU Privacy Policy.
11.2.2 The Occupant acknowledges and consents to the University using and sharing the Occupant’s personal information within areas of the Australian National University and with third party entities for the purposes of managing this Agreement and providing accommodation and services to the Occupant.
11.2.3 The Occupant acknowledges that the University may share the Occupant’s personal information with other service providers such as archival, auditing, consulting, mail house, delivery, technology and security services organisations.
Use and Disclosure of Information. (1) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Annex, neither Participant is expected to provide information to the other Participant if disclosure of the information to the requesting Participant:
a. is prohibited by the laws, regulations or practices of the Participant possessing the information; or
b. would be incompatible with important interests of the Participant possessing the information.
(2) Each Participant shall to the extent possible maintain the confidentiality of any information provided to it in confidence by the other Participant under this Annex and to oppose any application for disclosure of such information to a third party that is not authorized by the supplying Participant to receive the information. Each Participant intends to notify the other Participant whenever any information proposed to be exchanged in discussions or in any other manner may be required to be disclosed in a public proceeding.
(3) Where pursuant to this Annex a Participant provides information on a confidential basis to the other Participant for the purposes specified in Article 2, that information should be used by the receiving Participant only for that purpose.
Use and Disclosure of Information. The Owner may share personal information with the other affiliated entities including any related entity of the Owner. The Owner may also share personal information with service providers including organisations that assist the Owner in its obligations under this Occupancy Agreement by providing auditing, accounting, plumbing, electrical, archival, consulting, mail house, delivery, technology and security services.
Use and Disclosure of Information.
(a) The Occupant acknowledges that the University may share the Occupant’s personal information with the Australian National University, other entities with the Australian National University and with third party entities related to the University.
(b) The Occupant acknowledges that the University may share the Occupant’s personal information with other service providers such as archival, auditing, consulting, mail house, delivery, technology and security services organisations.
(c) The Occupant further acknowledges that the University may use the Occupant’s personal information for the purposes of providing accommodation and services to the Occupant and for the purposes set out in the Resident Handbook.
Use and Disclosure of Information. 10.1 Subject to the exceptions set out under section 10.2 of this Code, Xxxxxx shall use personal information and confidential information only for the purposes for which it was collected and shall disclose personal information and confidential information only with the consent of the person to whom the information relates.
10.2 Tarion may use or disclose personal information and/or confidential information without the consent of the person, or for purposes other than those for which it was collected, if:
a) the information is shared with the Minister, HCRA or a prescribed entity in accordance with the ONHWP Act;
b) the information is used or disclosed for purposes related to an enforcement activity of Tarion pursuant to the ONHWP Act;
c) it is required in connection with a proceeding under the ONHWP Act or in connection with the administration of the ONHWP Act;
d) the information is requested by a law enforcement agency;
e) the information is requested by a ministry, department or agency of a government engaged in the administration of legislation similar to the ONHWP Act or legislation that protects consumers, or to any other entity to which the administration of legislation similar to the ONHWP Act or legislation that protects consumers has been assigned;
f) it is authorized under the Regulatory Modernization Act, 2007;
g) it is necessary for the purpose of establishing or collecting a debt owed to Tarion;
h) it is requested by the counsel of the person to whom the personal information relates;
i) the information is subject to an agreement Xxxxxx has entered into with a third-party consultant or service provider to manage or use Tarion records on its behalf, if such agreement requires the third party to comply with this Code and have in place security safeguards comparable to those used by Xxxxxx;
j) it is required by law or pursuant to a court order;
k) the information is disclosed for the purpose for which it was obtained or for a consistent purpose;
l) the information is disclosed to a prescribed entity or organization, if the purpose of the disclosure is consumer protection;
m) the information is disclosed to the person’s counsel or to Xxxxxx’s counsel; or
n) the information is publicly available.
Use and Disclosure of Information. 18.1. The Contractor shall use any private and confidential information provided under this Contract solely for the purpose for which the information was disclosed. The Contractor shall not misuse any private and confidential information under this Contract. The Contractor shall not disclose any private and confidential information unless the disclosure is authorized by law. The misuse or unauthorized release of private and confidential information shall subject Contractor, its employees or agents to a civil penalty of $5,000 and other applicable sanctions under state and federal law (RCW 50.13.060[13] and 50.13.080[3]).
18.2. In accordance with the Survival clause, this section, Use and Disclosure of Information, shall survive the expiration or termination of this Contract.
Use and Disclosure of Information. All Confidential Information shall remain the property of Dendreon. Consultant agrees that he will not, without Dendreon’s prior written authorization, disclose Confidential Information to any third party and that he shall use Confidential Information only for the purpose of providing the Services. Consultant shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized disclosure of any Confidential Information. Consultant additionally acknowledges that Consultant and/or Dendreon may receive information from third parties subject to a duty on Dendreon’s part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes (“Third Party Information”). Consultant agrees that he will hold Third Party Information in the strictest confidence and will not disclose it to anyone or use it for any purpose other than performance of the Services, unless expressly authorized in writing by Dendreon.
