Credit Document Amendments. The Required Lenders hereby consent to the amendments to the Security Documents contemplated by the Restated Credit Agreement and to such amendments to the Exhibits to the Credit Agreement as the Administrative Agent may determine are reasonably necessary to reflect the amendments pursuant to the Restated Credit Agreement.
