Common use of Credit Flexibility Clause in Contracts

Credit Flexibility. 1. A joint high school Credit Flexibility Development Committee (CFDC) shall be established to oversee and review credit flexibility plans for students desiring high school credits under the Credit Flexibility Program. The Committee will be made up of Administration and Association members. Standing Association members will be appointed by the Association President. Other participants may be invited to participate as plan/committee needs require.
