Credit Privileges. An Insured whose AgriInsurance Contract has been cancelled by the Corporation in the past may be deemed by the Corporation to be an unsatisfactory credit risk and, if this is done, the Corporation may, at its option, require the Insured to pay all or any part of the estimated premium for hail insurance under the Contract before a Hail Insurance Contract will be issued to that Insured.

Credit Privileges. As a condition precedent to the granting by EASTERN COMMUNICATIONS of credit privileges, Customer hereby agrees to submit itself to a periodic credit check. EASTERN COMMUNICATIONS may, from time to time, require Customer to provide information regarding its financial condition at the time the requirement is made. When required, Customer shall promptly provide EASTERN COMMUNICATIONS such information. Unless otherwise indicated in the SOA, the credit term is only for a maximum of twenty-five (25) days from the date of the SOA. EASTERN COMMUNICATIONS reserves the right to suspend the credit privilege and discontinue the Service without prior notice should Customer fail to settle any and all accounts/Charges due after the lapse of the credit term or when Customer has exceeded its assigned credit limit.
