Crediting of Sick Leave. (a) A teacher shall be credited with an annual sick leave allowance of twenty (20) days unless the employee is on leave, in which case, the number of sick days shall be prorated as required, based on the balance of the year following the teacher’s return and credited to the teacher’s account on the first day of return.
