Creditor Trustee’s Rights and Powers. The Creditor Trustee shall act on behalf of the Creditor Distribution Trust and shall be vested with all rights, powers, privileges, and benefits afforded to a trustee or estate representative under applicable law. The Creditor Trustee shall have all the powers and authority set forth herein and in the Settlement Agreement, Settlement Order, and this Agreement necessary to effect the claims reconciliation process and distribution of all Creditor Distribution Trust Fund and proceeds thereof. As of the Effective Date, the rights and powers of the Creditor Trustee shall include, the right and power, without further Bankruptcy Court approval, to:
