Crew Chief Step Down. In addition to the current practice of being allowed to bid out of a Crew Chief position via a posted vacancy in accordance with Article 12, Crew Chief(s) upon completion of two (2) years in the position of Crew Chief will be allowed to bid out of their Crew Chief position to their applicable Position and Classification during the shift bids and will indicate such intent to bid out in writing to the Company prior to actual shift bidding commencing.
