Common use of Crews, Etc Clause in Contracts

Crews, Etc. (a) Contractor shall be responsible for providing all crews (flight and cabin), maintenance personnel, aircraft ground movement teams and other staff necessary to operate the Scheduled Flights and for all aspects (personnel and other) of dispatch control in each case pursuant to this Section 4.1 and, as applicable, in accordance with Exhibit P.

Crews, Etc. (a) Contractor shall be responsible for providing all crews (flight and cabin)) and maintenance personnel and, maintenance at Contractor Airports, gate agents and other ground personnel, aircraft ground movement teams and other staff necessary to operate the Scheduled Flights and for all aspects (personnel and other) of dispatch control in each case pursuant to this Section 4.1 and, as applicable, in accordance with Exhibit P.control.
