  • DRUG POLICY Contractor certifies that it maintains a drug free work place environment to ensure worker safety and workplace integrity. Contractor agrees to provide a copy of its drug free workplace policy at any time upon request by the State.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Contractor represents and warrants that it shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988 (41 U.S.C. §701 et seq.) and maintain a drug-free work environment.

  • DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS Contractor will comply with the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1990 and will provide a drug-free workplace by taking the following actions:

  • Drug Free Workplace Act The Contractor will assure a drug-free workplace in accordance with 45 CFR Part 76.

  • Labor Compliance Program The City has its own Labor Compliance Program authorized in August 2011 by the DIR. The City will withhold contract payments when payroll records are delinquent or deemed inadequate by the City or other governmental entity, or it has been established after an investigation by the City or other governmental entity that underpayment(s) have occurred.   • NON-SMOKING POLICY CONTRACTOR shall establish a written non-smoking policy 7 shall specify that the facility is “smoke free” and that designated smoking areas are outside the visiting 8 areas at the facility.

  • COMPLIANCE BY CONTRACTOR WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS/ EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY 6.1 In connection with the performance of the Services, the Contractor shall comply with all applicable statutes, laws, regulations, and orders of federal, state, county or municipal authorities which impose any obligation or duty upon the Contractor, including, but not limited to, civil rights and equal employment opportunity laws.
