Common use of Criminal Background Check Clause in Contracts

Criminal Background Check. It is the Responsibility of LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES CHESAPEAKE CENTER, INC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES CHESAPEAKE CENTER, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises Chesapeake Center, Inc. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES CAREER CONNECTIONS, LLC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES CAREER CONNECTIONS, LLC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises the CAREER CONNECTIONS, LLC. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES HEALTHY LIVES, LLC to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES HEALTHY LIVES, LLC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises the HEALTHY LIVES, LLC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES FAMILY SERVICES, INC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES FAMILY SERVICES, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises the FAMILY SERVICES, INC. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES ALLOVER HEALTHCARE GROUP to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES ALLOVER HEALTHCARE GROUP may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises Allover Healthcare Group makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES COLLABORATIVE HEALING, LLC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES COLLABORATIVE HEALING, LLC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises Collaborative Healing, LLC. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

INC to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-5- 557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES L.I.F.E. INC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises the L.I.F.E. INC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES DEPAUL INDUSTRIES, INC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES DEPAUL INDUSTRIES, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises DEPAUL INDUSTRIES, INC. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES MOSAIC COMMUNITY SERVICES to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES MOSAIC COMMUNITY SERVICES may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises the MOSAIC COMMUNITY SERVICES makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

Criminal Background Check. It is the Responsibility of LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES ARDMORE ENTERPRISES, INC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES ARDMORE ENTERPRISES, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises Ardmore Enterprises, Inc. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES GRACE MEDICAL CENTER, INC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES GRACE MEDICAL CENTER, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises Grace Medical Center, Inc. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES THE ARC BALTIMORE, INC to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES THE ARC BALTIMORE, INC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises THE ARC BALTIMORE, INC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

Criminal Background Check. It is the Responsibility of LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES OPTIMUM WELLNESS CENTER to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES OPTIMUM WELLNESS CENTER may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises Optimum Wellness Center makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES SPRING DELL CENTER, INC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES SPRING DELL CENTER, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises Spring Dell Center, Inc. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES CONVERSION HEALTH SYSTEM may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises Conversion Health System makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES ARC - CARROLL COUNTY to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES ARC - CARROLL COUNTY may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.ARC

LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES KARINA ASSOCIATION, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises the HKNC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES XXXXX KEY CENTER, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises the XXXXX KEY CENTER, INC. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES CROSSROADS COMMUNITY may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises the CROSSROADS COMMUNITY makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

LOWER SHORE ENTERPRISES KEN’S KREW, INC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Lower Shore Enterprises KEN’S KREW, INC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.
