Common use of Criminal Background Check Clause in Contracts

Criminal Background Check. It is the Responsibility of INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the INTERLINK COUNSELING

INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES EMPOWERING MINDS RESOURCE CENTER, LLP may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Empowering Minds Resource Center, LLP makes the INTERLINK COUNSELINGindividual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES THE LEAGUE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of THE LEAGUE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, INC. makes the INTERLINK COUNSELINGindividual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES NEW HORIZONS SUPPORTED SERVICES, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of New Horizons Supported Services, Inc. makes the INTERLINK COUNSELINGindividual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES FAMILY NEW LIFE MINISTRIES SERVICES, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of FAMILY NEW LIFE MINISTRIES SERVICES, INC. makes the INTERLINK COUNSELINGindividual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES THE ARC NORTHERN CHESAPEAKE REGION may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-14- 101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the INTERLINK COUNSELINGHKNC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES PEACEFUL MINDS RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, LLC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Peaceful Minds Residential Services, LLC makes the INTERLINK COUNSELINGindividual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES MOSAIC COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES MOSAIC COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Mosaic Community Services, Inc. makes the INTERLINK COUNSELINGindividual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES WISDOM HEALTH CARE SERVICES, INC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES WISDOM HEALTH CARE SERVICES, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Wisdom Health Care Services, Inc. makes the INTERLINK COUNSELINGindividual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of INTERLINK COUNSELING UNITED NEEDS AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES ABILITIES, INC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. INTERLINK COUNSELING UNITED NEEDS AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES ABILITIES, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of United Needs and Abilities, Inc. makes the INTERLINK COUNSELINGindividual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES UTOPIAN INSTITUTE OF FAMILY LIVING, LLC to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES UTOPIAN INSTITUTE OF FAMILY LIVING, LLC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Utopian Institute of Family Living, LLC makes the INTERLINK COUNSELINGindividual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

It is the Responsibility of INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL HUMAN SERVICES PROGRAMS OF CARROLL COUNTY, INC to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL HUMAN SERVICES PROGRAMS OF CARROLL COUNTY, INC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of the INTERLINK COUNSELINGHUMAN SERVICES PROGRAMS OF CARROLL COUNTY, INC makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES K & I HEALTHCARE SERVICES, LLC may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of K & I Healthcare Services, LLC makes the INTERLINK COUNSELINGindividual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

INTERLINK COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES THE ARC CENTRAL CHESAPEAKE REGION may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of The Arc Central Chesapeake Region makes the INTERLINK COUNSELINGindividual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.
