Prohibit any employee, subcontractor, subcontractor employee, or volunteer from performing work directly with clients or accessing client information related to clients under this Agreement, based on a determination by MPHI that the results of a positive ICHAT response or reported criminal felony conviction or perpetrator identificationidentification make the individual ineligible to provide such services. 5. Determine whether to prohibit F. Require any employee, subcontractor, subcontractor employee or volunteer who may have access to any databases of information maintained by the federal government that contain confidential or personal information, including but not limited to federal tax information, to have a fingerprint background check performed by the Michigan State Police.
