Criminal/Civil Offences by Residents or Clients. ‌ The Employer agrees that where there are reasonable grounds to believe a resident or client has committed a criminal offence against an employee, the Employer will provide necessary leave, without loss of pay or benefits, to the employee to support the employee's pursuit of criminal charges and/or alternative corrective remedies.
