Common use of Crisis Days Clause in Contracts

Crisis Days. As per Section 52 of the Employment Standards Act an employee is entitled to up to five (5) days of unpaid leave each employment year to meet responsibilities related to: (1) the care, health or education of a child in the employee's care; or (2) the care or health of any other member of he employee's immediate family.
