Critical Access Drives. The exact Access Easement Area will fluctuate from time to time as Access Improvements in the Overall Property are built and modified, except the 24-30 foot wide driveways on the Access Easement Areas that are identified on the Site Plan as the “Critical Access Drives” may only be modified as provided in this Declaration. No obstruction to the free flow of traffic and delivery facilities shall be permitted within the Critical Access Drives, provided, however, that stop signs, reasonable traffic controls will not be deemed a violation of this provision. The Critical Access Drives shall be kept open at all times, except for temporary closing for emergencies, maintenance, repair and replacement work or as may be necessary to avoid public dedication thereof. The Operator, Owner and/or Permittee performing any such maintenance or repair work to the Critical Access Drives shall provide reasonable notice to the affected Owners (i.e. not less than 5 business days) prior to commencing such work except when emergency repairs are required, when such notice as may be reasonably possible is sufficient. During any maintenance, repair or replacement work whereby any Critical Access Drives are necessarily obstructed, the obstruction and its duration shall be minimized as may be reasonably practicable, and an alternative and sufficient means of ingress and egress shall be provided at all times the Critical Access Drives are so impaired. No Owner shall make or permit any material changes to the location or configuration of the Critical Access Drives except as approved under Section 6.8. No Owner shall permit the closure of any of the curb-cuts on streets abutting the Overall Property that provide access to the Critical Access Drives. Each Owner shall cause to be maintained in good order and repair those portions of the Critical Access Drives which are on such Owner’s Lot(s); except that the Operator shall be responsible for the maintenance, repair and replacement of the Critical Access Drives located on Lot 9B, as long as Lot 9B remains undeveloped as provided in Section 3.6. Upon commencement of applicable construction activities on Lot 9B (as provided in Section 3.6), the Owner(s) of Lot 9B shall be responsible for maintenance, operation, repair and replacement of any Critical Access Drives on Lot 9B.

  • Network Access Control The VISION Web Site and the Distribution Support Services Web Site (the “DST Web Sites”) are protected through multiple levels of network controls. The first defense is a border router which exists at the boundary between the DST Web Sites and the Internet Service Provider. The border router provides basic protections including anti-spoofing controls. Next is a highly available pair of stateful firewalls that allow only HTTPS traffic destined to the DST Web Sites. The third network control is a highly available pair of load balancers that terminate the HTTPS connections and then forward the traffic on to one of several available web servers. In addition, a second highly available pair of stateful firewalls enforce network controls between the web servers and any back-end application servers. No Internet traffic is allowed directly to the back-end application servers. The DST Web Sites equipment is located and administered at DST’s Winchester data center. Changes to the systems residing on this computer are submitted through the DST change control process. All services and functions within the DST Web Sites are deactivated with the exception of services and functions which support the transfer of files. All ports on the DST Web Sites are disabled, except those ports required to transfer files. All “listeners,” other than listeners required for inbound connections from the load balancers, are deactivated. Directory structures are “hidden” from the user. Services which provide directory information are also deactivated.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Access Control Supplier will maintain an appropriate access control policy that is designed to restrict access to Accenture Data and Supplier assets to authorized Personnel. Supplier will require that all accounts have complex passwords that contain letters, numbers, and special characters, be changed at least every 90 days, and have a minimum length of 8 characters.

  • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. The Association shall be responsible for keeping the list current. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Association Representative shall request authorization for such visits by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the office, department, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.

  • Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility For the purposes of this Agreement, the accessibility of online content and functionality will be measured according to the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content, which are incorporated by reference.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.
