Access Improvements means improvements designed and constructed to provide safe and adequate ingress and egress from New Construction, which include, but are not limited to, rights-of-way, easements, paving of adjacent or connecting roadways, turn lanes, deceleration and acceleration lanes, traffic control devices,
Access Improvements means any and all improvements, upgrades, alterations or other changes to offsite roads, streets, highways, exit ramps or other accessways serving the Amphitheater Tract as described on Exhibit "E" attached hereto or as may hereafter be required by any Governmental Authority as a condition to the issuance of any Required Permit.
