Critical or Terminal Illness Leave for Immediate Family Care. 9.3.5.1 In the event the employee has expended the personal necessity leave provided by the provisions of this Agreement, an extended leave up to thirty (30) days may be granted by the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources or designee for critical or terminal illness of a member of the immediate family.
