Bargaining Unit Member Information. The District shall provide the following bargaining unit member information, in an electronic format compatible with Microsoft Excel, to the Association President no later than September 15 of each year and on a monthly basis thereafter with any additions and/or change in information: Name Home address Phone numbers provided to the District Work email address Work location Position District seniority date Union seniority date Full time equivalent (FTE) status List of unit members participating in payroll deduction of Association dues
Bargaining Unit Member Information. In addition, twice during every school year, (by the first week of October, February and June) the District shall provide to the Association president the following information in digital Excel format for all bargaining unit members:

If on file with the District, the following information for all bargaining unit members shall be delivered to the Association President in a mutually agreed upon digital format and hard copy within thirty (30) work days after the start of the school year and at the end of each semester grading period:
Bargaining Unit Member Information. The City shall provide to the FOP upon execution by the affected employee of a written authorization the biographical information retained by the City on that employee. The FOP agrees not to disclose this information to any outside person or entity.
Bargaining Unit Member Information. The College will provide to the Association, within the first month of each instructional year, the names, addresses, and telephone numbers (provided such numbers are publicly known) of all full-time faculty members, by classification, as defined in Article 2.0 of this Agreement. Upon request, the College will provide the same information to the Association for all other members of the bargaining unit.
Bargaining Unit Member Information. The College will provide the Association with access to names, contact information (postal address and phone number if not restricted and e-mail address), identification numbers including Technology User Name, last four digits of Social Security Number (SSN), employment status, and current assignments for all bargaining unit members. In addition, the College will notify the Association of such information for each new bargaining unit member within ten business days after completion of the hiring process and will notify the Association within ten business days after any other employee status or assignment change.

The Board shall provide the following bargaining unit member information, in an electronic format compatible with Microsoft Excel, to the Association President no later than September 30 of each school year and at other times upon request: • Name • Home address • All phone numbers provided to the District • Personal email address • Work site • Grade level and/or assignment • Date of hire • Seniority date • Full time equivalent (FTE) status • Employment Status (e.g. limited contract, continuing contract) • Type of Credential (e.g. provisional, professional, permanent) • An indication of whether the bargaining unit member is participating in payroll deduction of Association dues • The name of any bargaining unit member who resigned, retired, or was non-renewed from the previous year
Bargaining Unit Member Information. 17.1 The District shall electronically provide the Association with names and contract for all newly hired bargaining unit members as identified below. Such information shall be provided within thirty (30) days of the hire. o Name, home address, phone numbers – work, home, and cellular, Personal (non- District) email address on file, and work location.
17.2 Periodic Update of all bargaining unit members’ contact information: The District shall electronically provide the Association with a list of all bargaining unit members’ names and contract information as specified in Article III, Section 17.1 on the last working day of September, January, and May.
