Cross Country Approval. Any cross country flights in excess of 150 NM straight line distance from the home base must receive prior approval by the DOO.

Regulatory Approval 25.1 The Parties understand and agree that this Agreement and any amendment or modification hereto will be filed with the Commission for approval in accordance with Section 252 of the Act and may thereafter be filed with the FCC. The Parties believe in good faith and agree that the services to be provided under this Agreement are in the public interest. Each Party covenants and agrees to fully support approval of this Agreement by the Commission or the FCC under Section 252 of the Act without modification.
Regulatory Approvals All Requisite Regulatory Approvals shall have been obtained and shall remain in full force and effect and all statutory waiting periods in respect thereof shall have expired, and no such Requisite Regulatory Approval shall have resulted in the imposition of any Materially Burdensome Regulatory Condition.
FAA APPROVAL This Agreement may be subject to approval of the FAA. If the FAA disapproves this Agreement, it will become null and void, and both Parties will bear their own expenses relative to this Agreement, up to the date of disapproval.
City Approval Wherever any approval or consent of the City, or of any of its departments, officials or employees, is called for under this Agreement, the same shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
District Approval The work completed herein must meet the approval of the District and shall be subject to the District’s general right of inspection and supervision to secure the satisfactory completion thereof.
AGREEMENT APPROVAL This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any previously executed agreements, representations, verbal or written, to buy and/or sell the property. Neither this agreement, nor any interest herein, shall be transferred or assigned by Buyer without the prior written consent of Seller.
Necessary Approvals Each Party shall be responsible for obtaining and keeping in effect all approvals from, and rights granted by, governmental authorities, building and property owners, other carriers, and any other persons that may be required in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. Each Party shall reasonably cooperate with the other Party in obtaining and maintaining any required approvals and rights for which such Party is responsible.
Department Approval All Marketing Materials must be reviewed and have the approval of the Department prior to distribution. The Contractor understands and agrees that when submitting any Marketing Materials to the Department for review, the Department is required to consult with the Medical Care Advisory Committee established under 42 CFR 431.12 or an advisory committee with similar membership.
CONTRACT APPROVAL All Membership Contracts are subject to final approval by Crunch Management. Crunch reserves the right to refuse this contract for any reason at our sole discretion.
