Crown Direction. (a) The Crown may direct the Contractor to have removed from a Site or from any activity connected with the Services, Out of Scope Services, TMRN Projects or any other work, within such time as the Crown directs and at the Contractor's cost, any employee, Affiliate employee used by the Contractor, agent, Subcontractor or Third Party Provider of the Contractor, who in the reasonable opinion of the Crown is guilty of misconduct, causes or permits a physical or electronic breach of security to occur or is incompetent or negligent or is considered to be carrying out any work in an unsafe or unsatisfactory manner, such that the safety of any person or property may be prejudiced.

  • INSTRUCTIONAL MINUTES When CONTRACTOR is a NPS, the total number of instructional minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be at least equivalent to the number of instructional minutes per school day provided to students at like grade level attending LEA schools and shall be specified in the student’s ISA developed in accordance with the student’s IEP. For students in grades kindergarten through 12 inclusive, unless otherwise specified in the student’s IEP and ISA, the number of instructional minutes, excluding breakfast, recess, lunch and passing time shall be at the same level that Ed. Code prescribes for the LEA. The total number of annual instructional minutes shall be at least equivalent to the total number of annual instructional minutes provided to students attending LEA schools in like grade level unless otherwise specified in the student’s IEP. When CONTRACTOR is a NPA and/or related services provider, the total number of minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be specified in the student’s ISA developed in accordance with the student’s IEP.

  • Direction Whenever there are voluntary rights that may be exercised or alternate courses of action that may be taken by reason of the Fund’s ownership of Securities, the Fund or its designee shall be responsible for making any decisions relating thereto and for directing the Custodian to act. In order for the Custodian to act, it must receive Instructions using the Custodian generated form or clearly marked as instructions for the decision at the Custodian’s offices addressed as the Custodian may from time to time request, by such time as the Custodian shall advise the Fund or its designee. Absent the Custodian’s receipt of such Instructions by such deadline, the Custodian shall not be liable for failure to take any action relating to or to exercise any rights conferred by such Securities.

  • Supervisor A. Within ten (10) business days from the occurrence of the matter on which a complaint is based, or within ten (10) business days from his/her knowledge of such occurrence, an employee shall file a formal written grievance. Three copies of the departmental grievance form shall be completed by the employee stating the nature of the grievance and the remedy requested from his/her departmental Management. The employee shall submit two copies to his/her immediate supervisor and retain the third copy.
