CU Online – Virtual Branch/Mobile. If we approve online access for your account(s), you will establish login credentials of a username, password and multifactor authentication data. At the present time, you may use the virtual branch to: • View current balances and account summaries. • Apply for loans and open additional accounts. • Create account notification alerts. • Transfer funds and stop payments. • Initiate electronic bill payments from designated checking account. • View or request a copy of a check. • Enroll in and access eStatements. • Issue third-party payable checks under Bill Payment Service. At present, you may use mobile banking to: • View current balances and account summaries. • Apply for loans and open additional accounts. • Create account notification alerts. • Transfer funds and stop payments. • Initiate electronic bill payments from designated checking account. • View or request a copy of a check. • Issue third-party payable checks under Bill Payment Service. CU Online will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be disrupted for a short time each day for data processing or unexpected interruptions. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit or lower an account below a required balance. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of these limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available funds. The service will be disabled after numerous unsuccessful login attempts.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section. Customer waives any breach of warranty claims not made during the warranty period.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • wire Unbundled ISDN Digital Loops These will be provisioned according to industry standards for 2-Wire Basic Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. NewPhone will be responsible for providing BellSouth with a Service Profile Identifier (SPID) associated with a particular ISDN-capable Loop and customer. With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.

  • MOBILE DATA COMPUTERS 20 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 21 has provided, or will provide, mobile data computers (hereinafter called 22 “MDCs”) that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles and motorcycles, 23 designated by COUNTY for use within CITY limits.

  • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Mobile Wireless Services Any mobile wireless Telecommunications Service, including any commercial mobile radio service.

  • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Z-Tel Usage Information to Z-Tel pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.
