Currency; Late Payments. All payments under this Exhibit H shall be made in U.S. Dollars. Any Net Sales invoiced in a currency other than U.S. Dollars shall be converted to the U.S. Dollar equivalent using the applicable Parent Party’s then-current standard exchange rate methodology as applied in its external reporting for the conversion of foreign currency sales into U.S. Dollars. If any Contingent Payment due hereunder is not made when due, the payment shall accrue interest beginning on the day following the due date thereof, calculated at the annual rate of three and one-half percent (3.5%) plus the prime rate as published in The Wall Street Journal in effect on the date such Contingent Payment was required to be made, calculated on the total number of days payment is delinquent; provided that in no event shall such annual interest rate exceed the maximum rate permitted by applicable Law.   • Interest Rate Payments Subject to Holder's right to charge the Default Rate (as hereinafter defined) pursuant to Section 4 hereof, this Note shall bear interest, and Maker shall make payments as follows: (a) Interest shall accrue on the unpaid principal balance of this Note at the Interest Rate (as defined in Exhibit A). For purposes of computing interest on the debt evidenced hereby, interest shall be calculated on the basis of a twelve (12) month calendar year applied to the actual number of months funds are outstanding.
