Current Flowcharts. The team is responsible for maintaining current flowcharts for all media activity. Detailed flowcharts for buys must specify media type, market tiers, length of time, creative rotation, and costs for each campaign. Budgets are to be broken out by campaign. Any time there is a change in media plans or activity, flowcharts must be updated and provided to the Authorized User within five (5) Business Days of the change in the media plans or activity.
