Account Management Team. Insurer shall assign an account management team to act as primary contacts for FHKC. The account management team shall include: • An executive sponsor; o The executive sponsor must have decision-making authority for Insurer. o The executive sponsor shall not be the same individual as the contract manager. • A contract manager; • A member services manager; o Insurer shall provide FHKC with a designated contact for escalated Enrollee issues. If Insurer chooses to designate an individual other than the member service manager as the designated contact, such individual shall be considered part of the account management team. • A clinical specialist, clinical manager or medical director; • A compliance manager; • A finance senior manager, director or officer; and • Other individuals identified as necessary by the Parties. Insurer shall provide the name, email address, office telephone number, and business mailing address for each person on the account management team to FHKC at the time of Contract execution. Insurer shall provide written notice to FHKC of any changes to the account management team designations or contact information no later than one (1) Business Day for the executive sponsor and contract manager and five (5) Business Days for any other individual. Each member of the account management team shall:
a. Be knowledgeable about Insurer’s operations relating, directly or indirectly, to Insurer’s obligations under this Contract, insofar as such operations relate to his or her job duties.
b. Be knowledgeable about and able to coordinate with other Insurer contacts for work that falls outside of his or her responsibilities or scope of expertise;
c. Dedicate the time and resources necessary to manage FHKC’s account, including reasonable availability for and responsiveness to telephonic and email communication and onsite meetings. At a minimum, Insurer’s contract manager, member services manager, and designated contact for escalated Enrollee issues shall provide a secondary contact and the secondary contact’s information, including name, email address, and phone number, when the primary contact is out of the office or unavailable for extended periods. This section is intended to provide FHKC with primary contacts for key Contract functions and shall not limit either Party from working with, directly or indirectly, additional individuals.
Account Management Team. The Contractor shall provide an experienced media account management team that will work collaboratively with Authorized Users to manage the daily activities of the account. Contractor shall identify and provide updated contact information (name, address, and telephone number) for Contractor’s buyers and buying offices to OGS. The account management team and contact information for Contractor’s buying offices and buyers will be listed on the Contractor Information page, as revised from time to time by OGS and posted on the Contract landing page on the OGS website. The members of the account management team shall have at least two years of account management experience. The account team will be responsible for establishing regular communications between the Contractor and Authorized User to ensure seamless integration of the advertising programs. The members of the account management team shall be Contractor’s employees. The Contractor’s account management team must provide the following specific services and activities to Authorized Users:

a.) The Account Management Team shall devote the time and resources necessary to successfully manage the State of Florida account, including being available for telephonic, email and on-site consultations.
b.) The Account Management Team shall be thoroughly familiar with the Vendor's functions and operations related directly or indirectly to the Department and the Plan including, but not limited to, provider networks, customer service operations, claims and eligibility systems, systems reporting capabilities, claim adjudication policies and procedures, banking arrangements and relationships with third parties.
c.) The Plan may be subject to Performance Reviews developed and conducted by the Department. Performance will be measured using a report card and such review shall be subject to PG-4 of Exhibit B: Performance Guarantees. If any Performance Review score is less than the measurement criteria, an action plan must be implemented as mutually agreed to by the Department and Vendor.
Account Management Team. Provide a description of the responsibilities of the dedicated account management team(s) that would be assigned to each Participating State under resultant contract. Include a description of how the account management structure ensures that service will continue despite vacations, illness, other absences or resignations.
Account Management Team. The Contractor shall provide an Account Manager for each Framework Public Body, to pro-actively co-ordinate orders and provide comprehensive support and links between the Contractor and the Framework Public Body. The support must include pre, during and after sales support, technical information and advice on all devices.
Account Management Team. 3.3.1. In addition to the Account Manager, the Contractor shall assign a dedicated Account Management Team to the Department that may include an executive sponsor, claims manager, and analytic support manager.
3.3.2. Account Management Team shall devote the time and resources needed to successfully manage the account, and be available for frequent telephonic, email, and on-site consultations, when required by the Department.
3.3.3. Contractor shall respond to all written, telephonic, and e-mail communications from the Department as described in the Section 5, Performance Guarantees and Financial Consequences.
3.3.4. Account Management Team shall be clearly identified in the Contractor’s organizational chart.
3.3.5. Contractor shall notify the Department within three (3) business days of any changes to the Account Management Team as described in the Section 5, Performance Guarantees and Financial Consequences, and provide detailed contact information regarding new personnel.
3.3.6. Contractor warrants and represents that all persons assigned to this Contract shall be employees or authorized subcontracted employees of Contractor, and shall be fully qualified to perform the work required herein.
Account Management Team. 6.1 After Contract commencement the Contractor shall attend monthly (or more regular as may be deemed appropriate) performance review meetings with the Client to review the progress of the contract, discuss the management information and to review any problems that have arisen in the preceding months.
Account Management Team. Awarded Respondent shall assign a dedicated (but not necessarily exclusive) Account Management Team which shall include an executive sponsor, an account director/executive, an account manager, a customer service manager, a data/fiscal analyst, and a medical director.
Account Management Team. Digital River will maintain an account management team sufficient to support the worldwide nature and level of the Storefront business. The Account Management Team will not work on infrastructure or systems related projects – which projects are the responsibility of Digital River’s general staff or the Dedicated Team, depending on the nature of the project – but will work on marketing, Storefront content changes, adding or deleting Symantec Products on the Storefront, and the relative placement of such Symantec Product, and related tasks. The nature of the work performed by the Account Management Team is discussed in further detail below.
