Current VOD License Period. “Current VOD License Period” shall mean, for an Included Program, a period commencing on such Included Program’s Current VOD Availability Date and ending on a date established by Licensor in its discretion; provided, however, that such period shall end no earlier than the date 60 days after the Current VOD Availability Date; provided further that such Current VOD License Period shall in no event end earlier than the latest expiring Pay-Per-View and/or Video-On-Demand license period afforded to any Other Provider.

  • License Period a. The license is hereby granted in favour of the Licensee for a total period of 09 (Nine) years from the Commencement Date subject to unless otherwise terminated by Maha-Metro or surrendered by the successful bidder / licensee, in terms of provisions of License Agreement.

  • License Term The license term shall commence upon the License Effective Date, provided, however, that where an acceptance or trial period applies to the Product, the License Term shall be extended by the time period for testing, acceptance or trial.

  • Royalty Term On a country-by-country and Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product basis, royalty payments in the Territory shall commence upon the first commercial sale of such Licensed Product, whether such sale is to a Public Purchaser, Governmental Authority or private entity or person and whether such sale is made under an EUA or Key Approval, in such country in the Territory and will terminate upon the later of: (a) the expiration, invalidation or abandonment date of the last Valid Claim of the Patents in the country of sale or manufacture of such Licensed Product in the Territory or (b) expiration of regulatory exclusivity of such Licensed Product in such country of sale in the Territory (the “Royalty Term”).

  • License Key 2.5. The Application Software may include an embedded security system which if provided must be used together with a license key. The license key may limit the use of the Application Software to the applicable Use Level and prevent a single User from using more than one workstation at the same time and is valid for a certain period of time following which the license key must be renewed. Customer is solely responsible for any cost or loss arising out of Customer’s failure or delay to renew the license key.

  • Notice of a License Action Grantee shall notify their contract manager of any action impacting its license to provide services under this Contract within five days of becoming aware of the action and include the following:

  • Software License Terms (a) Software that is made available by a Provider to Recipient in connection with any Service (any such Software being referred to herein as “TSA-Licensed Software”) provided hereunder will be subject to the terms set forth in this Section 3.5 except as otherwise provided in the applicable Service Schedule. The Provider hereby grants to the Recipient a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, in object code form, any TSA-Licensed Software that is made available by the Provider pursuant to a Service Schedule. For the avoidance of doubt, the Provider that makes available any TSA-Licensed Software in connection with the provision of any Service retains the unrestricted right to enhance or otherwise modify such TSA-Licensed Software at any time, provided that such enhancements or other modifications do not disrupt the provision of such Service to the Recipient.
