Curriculum Adoption and Development. ‌ Certificated employees shall be deemed competent to assist in defining the curriculum in conformity with the policies and rules and regulation of the District especially those certificated employees involved in the Instructional Materials Committee and in textbook and instruction material selection recommendations and in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington and the regulations of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction.
