Curtailment Priority Criteria. In the event of the exercise by MH of the right granted pursuant to Section 3.4(1) to curtail, restrict or reduce any of the Firm Energy, then the following priority criteria (the “Priority Criteria”) shall be used by MH to determine the amount of any of the Firm Energy for the applicable time period(s) that shall be subject to curtailment, restriction or reduction, if applicable, for a Contract Year:
