Curtailments. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, during any Settlement Interval, Curtailment Orders, Buyer Curtailment Orders, and Buyer Bid Curtailments applicable to such Settlement Interval shall have priority over any Charging Notices and Discharging Notices applicable to such Settlement Interval, and Seller shall have no liability for violation of this Section 4.5 or any Charging Notice or Discharging Notice if and to the extent such violation is caused by Seller’s compliance with any Curtailment Order, Buyer Curtailment Order, Buyer Bid Curtailment or other instruction or direction from a Governmental Authority or the PTO or the Transmission Provider. Buyer’s SC shall have the right, but not the obligation, to provide Seller with updated Charging Notices and Discharging Notices during any Buyer Curtailment Order, Buyer Bid Curtailment or Curtailment Order consistent with the Operating Procedures.
Curtailments. (a) Any curtailments of Handling capacity at the WECU Facilities:
Curtailments. (a) ln the event of curtailment in any department, the employee with the least department seniority shall revert to a job in the plant which requires a minimum of experience or a job which they can perform competently to establish standards after a reasonable training period. In the event of disagreement, the Plant Committees shall meet to discuss the problem.
Curtailments. All Curtailments received by the Servicer with respect to the Mortgage Loan must be accepted by the Servicer and applied towards the amount due under the Mortgage Loan and in accordance with the terms thereof. For purposes of this Uniform Reporting Supplement, the term "

Seller shall obey all orders for curtailment of Output by the transmission provider, any electric system authority, or any other Governmental Authority with authority over the System or Seller’s electrical system. Without limiting the foregoing, Seller shall not be obligated to deliver Output, issue Regional Partner Bill Credits, or pay any damages associated with, any Output not delivered by System Owner to the Delivery Point due to a curtailment, regardless of the reason therefor.
Curtailments. Seller shall reduce deliveries to Buyer of all or any portion of the Facility Energy, at any time and for the required duration, due to (i) a System Emergency,
Curtailments. The Definitive Agreement shall contain curtailment provisions which shall be based upon the following:
Curtailments. The Servicer may accept Curtailments at any time. All installments to bring the Mortgage Loan current, however, shall have been made by the Borrower. If a Mortgage Loan is delinquent, funds received shall be applied to bring the Mortgage Loan current. If there are excess funds after the application of amounts received from the Borrower to Monthly Payments, the excess funds represent a Curtailment and may be applied as a partial principal prepayment. A Curtailment may not be used to reduce the Monthly Payment or the Note Rate for any Mortgage Loan, or to postpone the Due Date of any payment. Curtailments shall be deposited into the P & I Account within one Business Day of receipt.
Curtailments. 4.1 Processor shall have the right at any time to curtail all or a portion of Supplier’s Off-Gas Processed at the Plant, to the extent reasonably necessary for routine or non-routine maintenance or repair of the Plant. ** If Supplier requests that Processor not curtail Off-Gas from Supplier’s West Refinery and that all of Supplier’s curtailment be applied to Supplier’s East Refinery, Supplier shall pay to Processor an amount equal to the difference between the Plant Net Proceeds Attributable to Supplier’s Off-Gas from its East Refinery and the Plant Net Proceeds Attributable to Supplier’s Off-Gas from its West Refinery for all Off-Gas not curtailed and processed from Supplier’s West Refinery in lieu of Off-Gas processed from Supplier’s East Refinery ** provided that such payment amount shall never be less than zero. An example of this calculation is included in Exhibit B. Processor shall notify Supplier of the nature and extent of each instance of curtailment due to a non-routine event as soon as reasonably practicable. Such notice shall include the reasons for the curtailment and an estimate of the amount of time the curtailment is expected to last. Processor shall give Supplier no less than thirty (30) days prior written notice of scheduled maintenance or repairs that are expected to fully or significantly curtail operations at the Plant and shall include a general description of such activities and the amount of time the curtailment is expected to last. Processor agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the time of any such curtailments and, to the extent practicable, coordinate with Supplier any scheduled curtailment with Supplier’s activities at its Refineries.
Curtailments. A curtailment payment of ten percent (10%) of the original principal balance for each completed unit will be due and payable on the 361st day after the date the unit was financed. The completed unit will be due and payable in full 540 days after the date the completed unit was originally financed.
