Your privacy is important to us. The Sierra Mutual Funds is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of your personal information. When you provide personal information, the Fund believes that you should be aware of policies to protect the confidentiality of that information. The Fund collects the following nonpublic personal information about you: Information we receive from you on or in applications or other forms, correspondence, or conversations, including, but not limited to, your name, address, phone number, social security number, assets, income and date of birth; and Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, including, but not limited to, your account number and balance, payments history, parties to transactions, cost basis information, and other financial information. The Fund does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our current or former shareholders to nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law. For example, the Fund is permitted by law to disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to our transfer agent to process your transactions. Furthermore, the Fund restricts access to your nonpublic personal information to those persons who require such information to provide products or services to you. The Fund maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. In the event that you hold shares of the Fund through a financial intermediary, including, but not limited to, a broker-dealer, bank, or trust company, the privacy policy of your financial intermediary would govern how your nonpublic personal information would be shared with nonaffiliated third parties.
Custody Fee. The Initial Depositor reserves the right to charge the holders of Gold Deposit Receipts a custody fee, not to exceed 0.50% per annum of the daily average closing price of Gold Bullion represented by the Gold Deposit Receipts, as calculated by the Initial Depositor, acting in good faith. In the unlikely event that the Initial Depositor determines that it is appropriate to impose a custody fee, the Initial Depositor will notify the Trust, the Trustee and the Authorized Participants, who will notify holders, and will also make available the amount of such custody fee on the Trust’s website. Notice of any such custody fee will be given at least 60 days prior to the fee taking effect. The amount of any such fee will be reflected as an increase in the deposit fee charged to holders at the time they purchase Gold Deposit Receipts.

The Initial Depositor reserves the right to charge the holders of Gold Deposit Receipts a custody fee, not to exceed 0.50% per annum of the daily average closing price of Gold Bullion represented by the Gold Deposit Receipts, as calculated by the Initial Depositor, acting in good faith. If the Initial Depositor imposes such a fee, it will provide reasonable advance notice to the Trust, the Trustee and the Authorized Participants, who will notify holders, and will also make available a notice relating to such charges. The amount of any such fee will be reflected as an increase in the deposit fee charged to holders at the time they purchase Gold Deposit Receipts.
Custody Fee. 10.2.3.1 The custody fee shall be provisioned at an annual rate of 0.056% of the net value of the Properties under Enterprise Annuity Funds under custody.
10.2.3.2 The calculation method of the custody fee is as follows:
Custody Fee. The custody of the Private Keys held in the Paper Wallets by FUMBI Network is subject to a custody fee (“Custody Fee”). The Custody Fee is a monthly fee that may be charged up-front for every commenced calendar month of using FUMBI Custody Services.
Custody Fee. 6.3.1 This Limited Partnership shall place all cash in its account under the custody of a reputed commercial bank (hereinafter referred to as the “Custodian”). 6.3.2 This Limited Partnership shall comply with the procedures set forth in the custody agreement concluded with the Custodian when any capital outlay is incurred.
6.3.3 The Custodian shall calculate the custody fee charged to this Limited Partnership daily according to the equation below, and such custody fee shall be paid on each Distribution Date. Custody fee paid to the Custodian = size of Paid-in Contributions of this Limited Partnership × [0.02%] × actual days of the period from the previous custody fee payment date (inclusive) or the Establishment Date of this Limited Partnership (in the case of calculation of the custody fee to be paid on the first custody fee payment date) to the custody fee payment date (exclusive) ÷ 365. In case of any change to the size of Paid-in Contributions of this Limited Partnership in this period, the custody fee will be calculated by sections according to the Paid-in Contributions of this Limited Partnership. With respect to the custody affairs and said custody fee, the custody agreement entered into by and between this Limited Partnership and the Custodian shall prevail.
Custody Fee. For the safekeeping of the precious metals, the provider receives a custody fee depending on the equivalent value of the stored precious metals in accordance with the following provision (3.). The custody fee covers all services provided by the Provider for the SOLIT Valuation Warehouse, in particular the custody and administration of the precious metals at selected international locations, their insurance and customer service, in each case including any taxes, duties and fees, with the exception of additional costs in connection with the collection and/or delivery of precious metals in accordance with the provision below (2.b.).
Custody Fee. Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement to the contrary, the parties agree that the custody fee for each Fund shall not be governed by this Agreement, but shall be governed by the agreement between the Trust and the custodian.

FEE INCREASES ------------- On each annual anniversary date of this Agreement, the fees enumerated above (except for the XXX Plan fees) will be increased by the lesser of, the change in the Consumer Price Index for the Northeast region (CPI), or the overall inflation rate for the twelve month period ending with the month preceding such annual anniversary date.
