CUSTOMER AND PUBLIC RELATIONS. The Contractor shall perform the Work in a manner which conveys to the public that the Work is under the control and direction of the Authority. Contractor shall maintain for itself and the Authority a good image and relationship with E-470's customers and the public in general. The Authority shall remain solely responsible for all formal relations with the public concerning E-470, including the making of any public statements on behalf of the Authority.

  • PUBLIC RELATIONS AND PUBLICITY 43.1 The Provider must not by itself, its employees or agents and procure that its Sub-Contractors must:

Customer may state publicly that it is a Google customer and display Google Brand Features in accordance with the Trademark Guidelines. Customer and Google will work together on an announcement of Customer being a Google customer, which will take place on a mutually agreed upon date within 6 months of the Effective Date. Additionally, with prior written consent, the parties may engage in joint marketing activities such as customer testimonials, announcements, press engagements, public speaking events, and analyst interviews. A party may revoke the other party’s right to use its Brand Features with 30 days’ written notice. Any use of a party’s Brand Features will inure to the benefit of the party holding Intellectual Property Rights to those Brand Features.

  • Advertising and Publicity No Credit Party shall issue or disseminate to the public (by advertisement, including without limitation any “tombstone” advertisement, press release or otherwise), submit for publication or otherwise cause or seek to publish any information describing the credit or other financial accommodations made available by the Lenders pursuant to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.   • Public Relations 1. Any publication by a Party resulting from the activities carried out under this MoU shall be subject to prior agreement of the other Party not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Goodwill and Publicity Neither Party shall use any name, trade name, service xxxx or trademark of the other Party in any promotional or advertising material without the prior written consent of such other Party. The Parties shall coordinate and cooperate with each other when making public announcements related to the execution and existence of this Agreement, and each Party shall have the right to promptly review, comment upon and approve any publicity materials, press releases or other public statements by the other Party that refer to, or that describe any aspect of, this Agreement. Neither Party shall make any press release or public announcement of the specific terms of this Agreement (except for filings or other statements or releases as may be required by applicable law) without the specific prior written consent of the other Party. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all public statements must accurately reflect the rights and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement, including the ownership of Environmental Attributes and Environmental Incentives and any related reporting rights.

  • Information and Publicity 1. The LP undertakes to fulfil the information and publicity measures set out in Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1303/2013, and in the information and publicity guidelines included the Implementation Manual, the Visual Identity Manual for projects and the Communication toolkit of the Danube Transnational Programme with the aim to promote the fact that financing is provided from the European Union Funds in the framework of the Danube Transnational Programme and to ensure the adequate promotion of the project.

  • Access to Public Records The Department may unilaterally cancel this Contract for refusal by the Contractor to comply with this section by not allowing public access to all documents, papers, letters or other material made or received by the Contractor in conjunction with the Contract, unless the records are exempt from section 24(a) of Article I of the State Constitution and section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes.

  • ETHICS IN PUBLIC CONTRACTING This Contract incorporates by reference Article 9 of the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution, as well as all state and federal laws related to ethics, conflicts of interest or bribery, including the State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act (Code of Virginia § 2.2-3100 et seq.), the Virginia Governmental Frauds Act (Code of Virginia § 18.2-498.1 et seq.) and Articles 2 and 3 of Chapter 10 of Title 18.2 of the Code of Virginia, as amended (§ 18.2-438 et seq.). The Contractor certifies that its proposal was made without collusion or fraud; that it has not offered or received any kickbacks or inducements from any other offeror, supplier, manufacturer or subcontractor; and that it has not conferred on any public employee having official responsibility for this procurement any payment, loan, subscription, advance, deposit of money, services or anything of more than nominal value, present or promised, unless consideration of substantially equal or greater value was exchanged.

  • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with college/district policies and available resources.
