Customer callbacks. Provider agrees that in the event a Provider CSR is unable to resolve a support incident during an Outbound Call, the CSR will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Customer as soon as possible With the solution. All telecommunications costs for these callbacks shall be borne by Seller. In the event Seller selects to be billed on a per-call basis, these callbacks shall be considered a billable call.
