Customer Care Pricing. The price for Customer Care is based on the size and complexity of the system being supported and an estimate of the amount of effort required to perform the support for the period being covered. In subsequent years ImageSoft reserves the right to adjust the price for Customer Care to better reflect the actual cost of the service being provided.
