Customer Identification and TIN Certification. (a) To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each individual or entity that opens an account. Therefore, the Escrow Agent must obtain the name, address, taxpayer or other government identification number, and other information, such as date of birth for individuals, for each individual and business entity that is a party to this Agreement. For individuals signing this Agreement on their own behalf or on behalf of another, the Escrow Agent requires a copy of a driver’s license, passport or other form of photo identification. For business and other entities that are parties to this Agreement, the Escrow Agent will require such documents as it deems necessary to confirm the legal existence of the entity.

For business and other entities that are parties to this Agreement, the Escrow Agent will require such documents as it deems necessary to confirm the legal existence of the entity. Therefore, the Escrow Agent must obtain the name, address, taxpayer or other government identification number, and other information for each business entity that is a party to this Agreement. At the time of or prior to execution of this Agreement, any Escrow Party providing a tax identification number for tax reporting purposes shall provide to the Escrow Agent a completed IRS Form W-9, and every individual executing this Agreement on behalf of an Escrow Party shall provide to the Escrow Agent a copy of a driver’s license, passport or other form of photo identification acceptable to the Escrow Agent. The Escrow Parties agree to provide to the Escrow Agent such organizational documents and documents establishing the authority of any individual acting in a representative capacity as the Escrow Agent may require in order to comply with its established practices, procedures and policies. In the event that any Escrow Party fails to provide any such organizational documents or documents establishing authority, or any individual executing this Agreement on behalf of an Escrow Party fails to provide to the Escrow Agent an acceptable form of identification, within ten (10) days after the Escrow Agent requests the same, the Escrow Agent is authorized, not withstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, to place the Escrow Funds in a non-interest bearing deposit account until such documents are received by the Escrow Agent. The Escrow Agent is authorized and directed to assign the tax identification number certified by NutraMax to said account.   • Lender Identification Number The Eligible Lender Trustee may permit trusts established by the Depositor to securitize student loans, other than the Trust, to use the Department lender identification number applicable to the Issuer if the servicing agreements with respect to such other trusts include provisions substantially similar to this paragraph. In such event, the Servicer may claim and collect Interest Subsidy Payments and Special Allowance Payments with respect to Trust Student Loans and student loans in such other trusts using such common lender identification number. Notwithstanding anything herein or in the Basic Documents to the contrary, any amounts assessed against payments (including, but not limited to, Interest Subsidy Payments and Special Allowance Payments) due from the Department to any such other trust using such common lender identification number as a result of amounts owing to the Department from the Issuer will be deemed for all purposes hereof and of the Basic Documents (including for purposes of determining amounts paid by the Department with respect to the student loans in the Trust and such other trust) to have been assessed against the Issuer and shall be deducted by the Administrator or the Servicer and paid to such other trust from any collections made by them which would otherwise have been payable to the Collection Account for the Issuer. Any amounts assessed against payments due from the Department to the Issuer as a result of amounts owing to the Department from such other trust using such common lender identification number will be deemed to have been assessed against such other trust and will be deducted by the Administrator or the Servicer from any collections made by them which would otherwise be payable to the collection account for such other trust and paid to the Issuer.

  • Further Identification of Collateral Each Debtor will, when and as often as requested by the Secured Party or its Representative, furnish to the Secured Party or such Representative, statements and schedules further identifying and describing the Collateral and such other reports in connection with the Collateral as the Secured Party or its Representative may reasonably request, all in reasonable detail.
