Customer Premises Equipment Maintenance for Interman. If the customer has contracted for customer premise Internet router and CSU/DSU maintenance, PSI is responsible for maintaining the customer premise equipment. PSI must diagnose failures, usually with the assistance of the technical liaison designated by the customer at the site, and shall determine whether equipment replacement is required.
