Customer Responsibilities: The guarantee is contingent on the Customer successfully fulfilling the following tasks: • Provide current status of the building (i.e., occupancy level and use, hours of operation, etc.). • Provide copies of utility bills affected by ECM if applicable. • Responsibilities as delineated in the Contract, including without limitation Schedule C and Schedule J. • Provide all maintenance records and purchase invoices pertaining to this measure.
