In addition to the Purchase Commitment as described in Section 4.1, Customer is responsible under the conditions provided in this Agreement for all Materials, Inventory and Special Inventory purchased by Flextronics under and in accordance with this Section 5. If Flextronics purchases components or inventory other than in accordance with this Agreement and mutually agreed inventory management policies, Customer shall not be responsible for such components or inventory. In any event, Flextronics shall have a duty to mitigate Customer’s component and inventory liability.
