Description The CONTRACTOR must report standard customer service department operating hours and anticipated closures to the DEPARTMENT on an annual basis in the format specified by the DEPARMENT. The CONTRACTOR must promptly report any unanticipated closures to the DEPARTMENT in the format specified by the DEPARTMENT. (See Section 260B.)
