CUSTOMER SERVICING. Distributor shall maintain in the Territory sufficient inventory of the Products so as to permit filling and shipping against current customer orders normally shipped from Distributor's stock. Distributor agrees to notify Manufacturer if it opens any new offices or branches or closes or ceases to operate through one of its offices or branches.
CUSTOMER SERVICING. Dealer shall maintain in the Territory sufficient inventory of the Products so as to permit filling and dispatch against current customer orders normally dispatched from Dealer's warehouse stock. Dealer agrees to notify Monarch if it opens any new offices or branches or closes or ceases to operate any one of its offices or branches.
CUSTOMER SERVICING. Given the digital nature of Product, Distributor shall provide Company with a unique licence file, based on the customer’s production implementation, to unlock Product upon receipt of payment for orders it receives.
CUSTOMER SERVICING. Distributor agrees to notify Manufacturer if it opens any new permanent addresses or closes or ceases to operate through any of it's permanent addresses.
CUSTOMER SERVICING. Except to the extent LPL has agreed to provide any of the following services in another agreement with a Fund, the Company or any of their affiliates, LPL will perform the following services:
CUSTOMER SERVICING. Company shall (i) answer Customer inquiries (through electronic and other means) regarding Fund status and history, share prices, dividend amounts and payment dates, and the manner in which purchases, redemptions and exchanges of shares may be effected; (ii) provide Customers with information through electronic means; (iii) verify Customers’ requests for changes to account information; and (iv) handle correspondence from Customers about their accounts.
CUSTOMER SERVICING. Distributor agrees to notify Company if it opens any new offices or branches or closes or ceases to operate through one of its offices or branches.
